Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: - Clients may book classes, workshops, or events online up to 1 hour before the start time. - Bookings can be made without payment; payment (if applicable) is collected in person or via your preferred method. - Please ensure your contact details are correct to receive booking confirmations and updates. - Each class has a limited number of spaces — bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class start time to allow waitlisted clients to join. - Late cancellations or no-shows may result in temporary booking restrictions. - Workshops and special events may have separate cancellation policies (listed in their event description). - To cancel, use the link in your confirmation email or contact the studio directly. Waitlist Policy: When a class is full, clients can join the waitlist. - If a space becomes available, the next person on the list will be automatically notified by email. - Once notified, you’ll have a limited time (e.g., 2 hours) to confirm your spot before it’s offered to the next person. - Please only join a waitlist if you genuinely plan to attend.
