All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of the provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Germany. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

YOGA RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY

​

Please note that because our Yoga Retreats are limited to a small number of attendees, to allow for a more personable, intimate experience, our cancellation policy is in place to help guests and us alike work together sharing expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations.

​

Refund policy

​

- Advance/Hold deposits are fully refundable only when the cancellation requests are submitted before 60 days of the retreat date. After 60 days hold deposit is non-refundable.

- Hold deposits are transferable to another attendee found and assigned by the original attendee.

- Full balance or the remaining retreat fee is due 30 days before the start date of the retreat unless otherwise noted. Cancellation requests submitted within 30 days of retreat date, 50% of the total amount (less deposit) will be refunded.

- Within 10 days of your retreat: sorry but no refunds given.

No one books a retreat with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance and that it is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early. We recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance. We encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance in order that your trip fees will be covered should you or your family have a medical problem prior to your trip or while on the trip. Trip insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident while on the retreat. Most travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation. We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid to Natur Yoga by Nes will be refunded. Notification of cancellation, for this reason, will occur at least 1 month prior to the retreat start date. Natur Yoga by Nes cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.

Yearly Yoga plan: Cancellation policy

The yearly plans are for online classes. It is non-refundable but fully transferable. For Example, if you could attend only 8 months of yoga classes but for whatever reason cannot attend the rest of the 3 months. These 3 months or the remaining classes can be sold or gifted to anyone. The new person has to re-register with us and can continue the remaining months of the yearly plan. 
For direct classes, we have a 15x card which is valid for a year. This again is non-refundable but fully transferable.
