Nesara Pradeep Kumar

Founder - Hatha & Prenatal Yoga Teacher

I am Nesara Pradeep Kumar, born and raised in Mysore, South India. I moved to Germany for my masters a few years ago. I am an engineer and a yoga teacher in Germany. I am specialised in, 

  • Hatha yoga 

  • Iyengar yoga

  • Fertility Yoga for both men and women

  • Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga

  • Yoga for Hormonal imbalance

  • Pranayama & Meditation

  • Chakra awakening

 

I have an international yoga teacher’s certification from S-Vyasa University, Bengaluru. I also practised Iyengar yoga in India for 15 years. I have 6 years of teaching experience in Germany and my classes are conducted in English.

Dr Anoosha N Shastry

Partner - Ayurvedic Doctor,  Yoga & Bharathanatyam teacher

I am Anoosha, hailing from the South Indian city of Bangalore. I am a medical doctor in alternative medicine and have studied Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery - a medical degree of 5.5 years from the prestigious university - Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in Bangalore, India.


I am also a professional Indian classical dance Bharathanatyam dancer with training for over 20 years and a Master's degree in Dance.

I was introduced to yoga at the age of 7 along with dance and since then I have been practising Ashtanga Yoga. Later I completed International Certification in Yoga Teaching at the professional level from SVYASA Yoga University, Bangalore.  Subsequently, I also completed my QCI (Quality Control Board of India) certificate and later therapeutic yoga internship.

Currently, I am studying Masters in Yoga at S-Vyasa Yoga University, Bengaluru. I have an International Certification to teach Yoga and Bachelors in Yoga therapy from S-Vyasa Yoga University. Also, since few years I have been training yoga teachers at the same university.
